Let us honor the snack —that wee bite between meals. It could be a reward, a pick-me-up, a highlight of the day, an old reassuring friend, sweet, savory, chewy, salty, yummy, organic, vegan, gluten-free, natural.  It might even be healthy, although “healthy snack” is not necessarily a tautology.
